Er. Shankar Mahto is a distinguished engineer having served under Minstry of Water Resources, GOI for 36 years retiring in HAG grade under CWE services as Chairman, GFCC. The nature of jobs handled included investigation of Water Resurces Multi Purpose Projects. He also served on FAO assignment in ASAMARA (erteria). He was the Leader of Indo-Bangladesh Joint Observation Team as well as served as Chairman, Brahmputra Board, Guahati.
