Er. Sachchidanand Tiwary is an eminent engineer with more than 35 years experience under Minstry of Water Resources, GOI having expertise in various sectors of Water Resources Development,designs of Hydel Power Projects and Tidal Power Development Project, Construction of Headrace Tunnels in Devighat Hydel Project (Nepal), design and supervision of Flood Management Works in the states of Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal. Post retirment, he also worked as Top Level Expert in WAPCOS, Embankment Specalist and Chief Water Resources Engineer for World Bank aided Schemes in Bihar.
